For Prints only, within the UK and EU/EEA are delivered via Royal Mail postage. Outside these areas are by DHL Express Courier.

For Framed Prints, these are all delivery by DHL Express Courier.

Whilst you should expect fast delivery, please allow up to 10 working days, as times vary dependent on product and location.

Please also note that the delivery charge is applied for each framed print. Currently I am unable to set this up in my store, so please contact me if you would like to purchase more than one framed print. For prints only, this is one delivery charge regardless of how many you purchase and can be done through my store.

In the unlikely event the product arrives damaged, I will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact me at jks.photography@outlook.com to arrange.

I only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). For any damaged items, I will need to see evidence, such as photos, before I can send out any free replacements.
